“This collaboration enables the unprecedented tool access for small business owners, from financial know-how to fundamental software,” said Briana Weisinger, director of the South San Diego SBDC which is spearheading the pilot program in the region. “Our goal is to make sure any small business owner in the area who needs financial knowledge and resources gets it.”

The SBDC exists to help small businesses at no charge. Entrepreneurs can reach out to get assigned a business advisor, who can work with small business owners one-on-one and at no cost. Visit SDIVSBDC.org/advising to access an advisor or call (619) 482-6391 if needed.
