Do You Have A Small Business That We Can Help You Start or Grow?
Success Story: Monarch Executive Transportation
Monarch Executive Transportation, or M.E.T. Enterprise & Associates LLC, says they have had a great relationship with International Rescue Committee Small Business Development Center (IRC SBDC) since 1999. The Bosnian refugee family owners started Monarch in 2002, launching their limousine business with the assistance of the IRC SBDC. (The family also participated in an IRC SBDC microenterprise program.)
“IRC had helped us a lot in our first business steps such as printing business cards and flyers for us,” shares CEO Velibor Deretic. He adds how their first few loyal clients through the IRC have stayed with them for a very long time. The client-SBDC relationship is a 20-year one, he points out.
Monarch provides professional car service throughout San Diego and including Los Angeles airport, using a fleet of safe, clean, comfortable, and luxurious vehicles driven by professional chauffeurs who understand customer service – the company’s mission. Monarch focuses on on-time, hassle-free town car service for VIP travelers. The company is licensed and insured with an incredible safety record, multi-lingual drivers, and aims to provide transportation in style at affordable flat rates. The company shares how their vehicles may change but their service value never does.
The SBDC continues to assist Monarch with funding options, business processes, marketing, and other business aspects. Learn more about Monarch at monarchlimo.net!
