Do You Have A Small Business That We Can Help You Start or Grow?
Success Story: Siege Electric
Siege Electric provides commercial public works, building technology, and sustainable energy services. This is Siege owner Joshua Middleton’s fifth year working with SBDC. He shares how it became the main factor in his business’ certifications as a small business, minority-owned, disadvantaged, and disabled veteran owned – as well as in procuring opportunities. The certification process can be arduous and the SBDC helped facilitate those winning advantages. “They are great,” he says of the SBDC team; “they provided beginning to end services, especially you, Cheryl – shout-out to Cheryl.” He laughs his contagious laugh while commenting on his North San Diego SBDC advisor Cheryl Brown.
“It’s a seamless process when dealing with the SBDC. They pretty much take the reins … and then you’re off to the races; they get it done.” Josh says you can come with a blank slate and the SBDC associates will help you take flight. “Don’t be so fearful, give ’em try … It’s a very easy, straightforward process.” He adds how the SBDC has been absolutely instrumental to their success. “They will continue to be a great resource for my business.” He notes SBDC is pretty much their first-stop-shop when it comes to resources, information, or industry clarification needed. “SBDC has a plethora of knowledge.” Learn more about this fantastic business at siege-electric.com!
